  • What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
    We accept paypal , Credit card , Stripe and also offer After Pay so you can buy that Board you want and pay it off in easy installments
  • Is It Safe To Use My Credit Card On Your Site ?
    Of course , it's a secure site with trusted payment methods.
  • What's Included With My Board?
    The board comes with suitable fins ,fin screws and a fin key.
  • How Can I Track My Order ?
    We will give you a delivery update and also you can track the order with the tracking number provided by the freight company.
  • How Much Does Shipping Cost ?
    Shipping is a flat rate of $69 , we do however offer FREE shipping across sydney.
  • Will My Board Be Safe In Transit ?
    We will package your surfboard carefully and have protection on the board itself and wrap all the edges in foam for more protection, the board will also be in a cardboard box . While we can not guarantee complete safety of your board as we don't have control of what goes on in transit you can have peace of mind knowing the board will be insured with the freight company.
  • Can I Pick Up My Board Locally ?
    We currently only offer local pick up from our Sydney warehouse. Alternatively if you like we can have someone deliver the board personally the same or next day once ordered (provided the address is in sydney). If you would like to organise your own delivery or pick up for the rest of Aus that is also possible , just get in contact with us with the phone number provided or use our live chat. 0402841338
  • What Is Your Returns Policy ?
    You are able to return the surfboard within 14 days of purchasing. Shipping fees are at the customer’s expense and the surfboard must be returned unused still in its original condition. If the wrong board has been sent out to you accidently we will cover the cost of shipping a new board out to you and cover pick up of your board to return back to us. We do not offer returns on wrong boards that have been selected by the consumer however we will meet you in the middle , if you cover delivery costs to send the board back to us we will send you the board you want with no delivery fee.
